Located in a dynamic neighborhood, Bercy Village and its many patios, boutiques and exhibitions, welcomes no less than 12 million visitors each year. It is a place where greedy pleasures and cultures coexist in joy and good humor.
A unique part of Paris
Before becoming the leading concept for stores and recreation in Paris, the Bercy neighborhood was initially an immense, very busy wine market for over a century, until 1960. Bercy Village still shows traces of its past life, with its 42 white stone warehouses located in the Cour Saint-Emilion, all listed historic monuments.
The Cour Saint-Emilion and its 25,000 m2 of space were renovated in the late 1990s, to modernize the facilities and install a different sort of commercial center, one that combines the pleasures of shopping, recreation and culture, with exhibitions and various activities and of course, meetings. It was a successful gamble, since Bercy Village celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2012!

A nice combination of shopping and recreation
Bercy Village is a welcoming place, where visitors can relax on the patios, admire the art galleries, take part in various activities, indulge in a little shopping trip, have a nice meal among friends and you can even paint a painting!
The boutiques
Over the 42 warehouses in the Cour Saint-Emilion, 36 are currently reserved for shops.
Food, culture and gifts, fashion and accessories but also housewares, with its cooking and decoration stores and even the new concept store by Fragonard, the famous Parisian perfumer.
Add to this a pile of gourmet shops where you can take away some delights of French gastronomy (olive oil, chocolate, wine, etc.) as well as ones from elsewhere. Mouthwatering, isn’t it?
