Article 1: Implementation
The company Paris Attitude, hereinafter referred to as “Paris Attitude,” is launching a customer loyalty program called “referral” starting September 1, 2024, for an indefinite duration. Paris Attitude reserves the right to modify the terms or discontinue the program at any time while respecting the rights of referrers for referrals already in progress prior to any changes or termination of the program.
Article 2: Purpose of the program
The referral program allows a person, referred to as the “referrer,” who is a Paris Attitude client, to introduce another person whose profile matches one of the following:
- A tenant seeking a furnished apartment in Paris.
- A property owner renting out a property in Paris.
This person, referred to as the “referral,” will have their contact information shared with Paris Attitude via the website www.parisattitude.com, with their consent.
The referrer will receive compensation upon the conclusion of:
- A rental agreement with Paris Attitude.
- A property management mandate with Paris Attitude following the signing of the first lease with a tenant.
Article 3: Referrer participation conditions
The program is open to any legally competent individual of legal age not acting as part of a professional activity.
- A referral can only have one referrer.
- Self-referrals are not allowed, and referrals are not retroactive.
- The referrer cannot refer their spouse, partner, or civil union (PACS) partner.
- The referrer cannot be an employee or contractor of Paris Attitude, nor their spouse, partner, civil union partner, direct ascendants or descendants, or other relatives living with them.
Article 4: Referral participation conditions
The program is open to any legally competent individual of legal age who has not had any commercial or contractual relationship with Paris Attitude concerning an apartment rental or property management project within the 12 months preceding the request to benefit from the referral program.
Article 5: Referral validity
Applications to become a referrer must be submitted via the dedicated contact form available at https://www.parisattitude.com/referral/, fully completed.
Once the application is validated by Paris Attitude, the referrer and the referral will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the referral request. Paris Attitude reserves the right to validate or reject the referral and to contract or not with the referral. Similarly, the referral is free to contract or not with Paris Attitude.
If multiple individuals wish to refer the same referral, only the person who first completed the introduction form and meets the conditions defined in these terms will receive the compensation detailed below. In the case of simultaneous submissions, the referrer to be compensated will be selected by random draw by Paris Attitude.
Article 6: Referrer compensation
For a tenant referral, the referrer will only receive compensation if the referral signs a rental lease through Paris Attitude. The compensation amount will be:
- €100 for rentals of less than 6 months.
- €200 for rentals of more than 6 months.
Payment to the referrer will be made either via a gift card issued by a verified partner or by bank transfer within 60 days of the tenant signing the lease.
For a property owner referral, the referrer will only receive compensation if the referral signs a property management mandate and the property is successfully rented out by Paris Attitude. The compensation amount will be:
- €200 for a studio or alcove studio.
- €300 for an apartment with one bedroom.
- €400 for an apartment with two bedrooms.
- €500 for an apartment with three or more bedrooms.
